Our History

ECARL was created by the Quorum Courts of Cross and Woodruff Counties in 1982 for the development and growth of public library services in the region.  (Read more here).

It is a privilege and a pleasure to serve as the Executive Director of the East Central Arkansas Regional Library and as the Regional/County Librarian for Cross and Woodruff Counties. My staff and I welcome you to this webpage and to YOUR library.
