The Wynne/Cross County Library is a full service library with a strong collection of popular materials and materials to support educational and community needs. The library includes public access computers, a copier and fax service, readers' advisory services, reference, programs and much more. The Lolly Shaver Program Room serves as both a home for library programs and art exhibitions, but also as a meeting room available to the community. The Library's Arkansas Room has an extensive collection of local and state history materials.  As the county headquarters facility, the library serves the entire county.
